Remodelling and renovation of a 1930s masonry villa.
The small rooms on the ground floor have been remodelled into a cohesive space with a new fireplace as the focal point. The feeling of large and wide spaces is created by having long lines of lightning on the periphery of the living rooms. All other renovation measures have been carried out with respect for the qualities of the old house.
