A large communal roof terrace with a view over the Øresund is being built on the roofs of an urban row of flats. The result is a communal space for the house communities where residents can meet their neighbours, eat and celebrate with them, as well as enjoy the hours of sunshine over the city individually. 44 city flats will have a new, high-quality private outdoor space.

In the new stairwells on the roof, an outdoor kitchen, a toilet and storage rooms will be installed for all residents of the building. Plant beds will be created for various climbing plants, flowers and even a small tree. The remaining, unused flat roof areas will be extensively greened.

The existing slate roof and the courtyard façades were renovated or renewed with the construction of the new roof terrace.
